"At the heart of my artistic practice lies the interplay of color and form, drawing inspiration from the intricate minutiae encountered in my everyday explorations, whether close to home or in distant travels. I delve into the dynamics of movement driven by natural forces like wind, tides, and currents. Central to these explorations is the vital element of light, which I observe as it dances upon water, casts elusive shadows, sculpts shapes, evokes emotions, and enriches hues.
Through photography, I capture fleeting glimpses of order within the chaos of ordinary scenes, selecting only the most serendipitous details. Daily observations and immersive color studies serve as a form of artistic muscle memory, guiding me as I paint. My gratification stems not only from the daily revelations but also from the synthesis and amalgamation of rustic elements. My artistic challenge lies in harmonizing disparate and sometimes contradictory experiences into cohesive works of art that resonate with profound personal significance."
