My work has always referenced the natural world and in my current work I use the photographic image as a point of departure. With a technique that uses combinations of old weaving patterns to infuse depth and motion into the image, I am able to challenge the viewers perception of that image. The exploration of this process continues to challenge me in pursuit of producing beautiful, thought provoking artwork.
