After retiring from a career in Sleep Medicine and Counseling, I have devoted myself to photography and writing. I am drawn to capturing the beauty in landscapes, wildlife, and birds. I seek poetry in photography and have been writing poems to go with my photographs.
I have traveled to several national parks in the U.S. and to Patagonia, Chile, and will be traveling soon to Hokkaido, Japan to photograph winter landscapes. I self-published two poetry chapbooks and my first non-fiction book and recently had my second non-fiction book accepted for publication.
